Work Location
This position is remote and accessible to candidates residing outside the Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, Santa Fe, or Roswell metro areas.

Collaborate with attorneys to deliver intelligent, compassionate, and determined advocacy for clients, ensuring they receive maximum compensation for damages caused by others' wrongful actions. Provide meticulous attention and organization to client cases to achieve effective resolutions, making every client feel valued and supported throughout their journey with Parnall Law.

Key Responsibilities
Participate in firm-wide huddles and team meetings as scheduled. Draft and file complaints within 30 days of case transfer. Ensure timely service of process. Schedule and track case milestones, including hearings, mediations, and depositions. Provide telephonic client updates every six weeks, with a maximum of 10 outstanding updates at any time. Maintain accurate and timely case documentation in SmartAdvocate. Draft and serve subpoenas, discovery requests, and responses. Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including scheduling witness statements and compiling exhibits. Conduct background checks on defendants and clients as part of case preparation. Collaborate effectively with attorneys, case managers, and legal assistants to advance cases towards resolution.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury litigation as a paralegal is required.
- Willingness to travel in the event of a trial.
- The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success and advancement in a similar role.
