Your Role:
As a Remote Real Estate Investment Representative / Acquisition Agent, you will be the key dealmaker for Rebuilt in your market. This role involves engaging with numerous property sellers each week through scheduled appointments and managing a pipeline of thousands of inbound leads.
- Conducting numerous virtual and in-person appointments with property sellers weekly.
- Negotiating acquisition prices and terms effectively.
- Handling inquiries from potential buyers and sellers in your market.
- Following up and nurturing warm real estate leads.
- Presenting our offerings to local investors.
- Networking and generating organic property leads, supported by our training and proven methodologies.
- Establishing strong relationships with local investors through meet-ups, networking events, and educational sessions.
