About Your Role:

As a key player in our organization, the Remote Real Estate Investment Representative / Acquisitions Agent serves as the driving force behind property acquisitions in your market. You will engage directly with numerous sellers weekly through scheduled appointments and manage a substantial pipeline of inbound leads.

Conducting numerous in-person and virtual appointments with property sellers each week
Negotiating acquisition prices and terms
Handling inquiries from potential buyers and sellers within your market
Following up and nurturing warm real estate leads
Presenting deals to local investors
Developing your own organic property leads with support from our training and proven methodologies
Establishing strong relationships with local investors through meet-ups, networking events, and learning opportunities
