As a Remote Real Estate Investment Representative / Disposition Agent, you will play a pivotal role in our organization, acting as a vital link between sellers and investors within our network. Through our Emerging Leaders training and development program, you will evolve into a proficient real estate investment expert in your local market. Your specific responsibilities will include:

Formulating strategies to effectively sell acquired real estate properties to investors and potential buyers.
Engaging in negotiations with investors and potential buyers, while assessing and counting offers.
Marketing properties to prospective investors and conducting engaging property showings.
Overseeing the disposition process from initiation to closure of the deal.
Building and nurturing relationships with investors within our network and new prospects.
Conducting comprehensive research on current market conditions.
