About Your Role:
As a Remote Real Estate Investment Representative / Disposition Agent, you will play a pivotal role in our organization, acting as a vital link between sellers and investors within our network. Through our Emerging Leaders training and development program, you will evolve into a proficient real estate investment expert in your local market. Your specific responsibilities will include:
- Formulating strategies to effectively sell acquired real estate properties to investors and potential buyers.
- Engaging in negotiations with investors and potential buyers, while assessing and counting offers.
- Marketing properties to prospective investors and conducting engaging property showings.
- Overseeing the disposition process from initiation to closure of the deal.
- Building and nurturing relationships with investors within our network and new prospects.
- Conducting comprehensive research on current market conditions.
