In this pivotal role, you will serve as the vital link between client expectations and our technical solutions. Your responsibilities will include guiding clients through intricate technology decisions and transforming their requirements into detailed, actionable plans for our Projects team. With expertise in cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and managed IT services, you will identify client challenges, recommend bespoke solutions, and ensure a smooth transition to delivery.
Your success will be evaluated based on client satisfaction, the clarity and accuracy of your project plans, and the seamless implementation of solutions. If you are passionate about merging technical knowledge with consultative client interactions, this role is tailored for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate discovery discussions with clients to grasp their business challenges, technical specifications, and desired outcomes.
- Evaluate and document clients’ existing infrastructure, applications, and operational workflows to pinpoint gaps and enhancement opportunities.
- Craft customized, scalable, and cost-efficient managed services solutions that align with client needs and long-term aspirations.
- Prepare and present compelling solution proposals that clearly articulate value, technical strategies, and anticipated benefits.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Project Management, and Support teams to ensure the feasibility and alignment of proposed solutions with FusionTek’s capabilities.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and engage with internal teams to refine our service offerings, maintaining a competitive edge.
- Educate internal teams on new solutions, sales strategies, deployment techniques, and their integration into our existing service portfolio.
