This is a fully remote, commission-based sales position where you will engage with warm inbound leads from customers actively seeking our services. Forget about cold calling, purchased lists, or gimmicks, this is about converting genuine interest into successful installations!

Top performers consistently earn upwards of $10,000 per month, with strong representatives typically earning $5,000+. Your income is directly tied to your performance and ability to close deals.

As a Sales Executive, your responsibilities will include:

  • Converting qualified inbound leads and answering incoming sales calls.
  • Advising customers on optimal connectivity solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Explaining Starlink, Wi-Fi networking, and installation options in clear, understandable terms.
  • Accurately booking installations and managing customer relationships through our CRM.
  • Following up on warm inquiries to maximize conversion rates.

This role is perfectly suited for individuals with a background in telecom, broadband, networking, ISP, or technical sales. You should be adept at conveying technical concepts to non-technical customers and be confident in closing deals over the phone.

We are looking for self-motivated and organized individuals who thrive in a remote working environment. This is a result-driven position that rewards those who prefer unlimited earning potential over fixed salaries.

Commission rates range from $90 to $150 per completed installation, with realistic earnings of $5,000+ per month and top achievers earning between $8,000 and $10,000+. There is no cap on earnings, and performance bonuses are available.

Our top-performing representatives will have opportunities for advancement into senior sales roles, mentoring new team members, and leadership positions within the company, based on results rather than tenure.
