Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth research on properties and clients to uncover prospects and sales opportunities.
- Maintain comprehensive records of interactions, leads, and follow-ups using our internal systems and Excel.
- Contribute to the development and regular updating of lead lists and sales pipelines.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create effective strategies for client acquisition.
- Monitor and report on essential performance metrics, including calls made, appointments set, and leads generated.
- Ensure consistent and professional communication with prospects and clients.
