Job Summary:

We are in search of a passionate and seasoned Sales Recruiter who will take charge of identifying, attracting, and hiring outstanding sales talent, especially in the technology sector. Your expertise will be pivotal in assembling high-performing sales teams through close collaboration with hiring managers and delivering an efficient recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle for sales positions, from job intake to offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend role requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, sales competencies, and cultural alignment.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to maintain a positive candidate experience.
  • Build and sustain a robust pipeline of sales talent for current and future hiring needs.
  • Track and manage candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company professionally to external candidates.
  • Provide market insights and recommendations to hiring managers regarding talent availability, salary trends, and hiring strategies.
