Your Role as Hiring Operations Lead
In this pivotal position, you will oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding and enhancing our employer brand. Your goal will be to establish a streamlined, effective hiring system that swiftly delivers top-tier candidates while ensuring a positive experience at every stage.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and manage our comprehensive hiring system, including scorecards, test projects, and interview processes.
- Take ownership of the recruitment process across all departments.
- Provide weekly hiring pipeline reports highlighting performance metrics and areas for improvement.
- Uphold and enhance Hadley’s employer brand on platforms such as Glassdoor and LinkedIn.
What You Will Achieve
- Craft, publish, and oversee captivating job postings that attract top talent.
- Actively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, freelancer platforms, and referrals.
- Evaluate applicants for skills, cultural fit, and alignment with our scorecard criteria.
- Conduct test projects, assess submissions, and lead initial interviews.
- Manage the candidate journey from first contact through to job offer.
- Keep hiring systems (ClickUp, ATS) organized and current.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and team members.
- Maintain onboarding checklists, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
- Track and report on weekly funnel metrics for all open positions.
- Manage and respond to Glassdoor reviews, aiming to maintain a 4.5+ rating.
- Continuously enhance sourcing strategies and test project frameworks.
Success Metrics
- Average time to fill positions is under 45 days.
- Ensure a weekly applicant volume of at least 250 for active roles.
- Achieve a 100% completion rate on weekly hiring pipeline reports.
- Maintain a consistent 4.5+ rating on Glassdoor.
