Your Role
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and deploying innovative features that improve the daily lives of our customers. From our pioneering AI hiring tool to our fully automated payroll solution, every aspect of our Employment Operating System is meticulously crafted to revolutionize the employment sector, benefiting business owners and entrepreneurs alike. Our exceptional Product and Engineering teams introduced nearly 1,000 new features last year, and you will play a crucial role in the ongoing acceleration of our product strategy.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading your team in developing essential features for our customers. We primarily utilize Ruby for application development; however, if you are not familiar with Ruby, we provide training to support your growth.
