flatgigs is on the hunt for a highly skilled Solution Architect to spearhead presales, solution architecture, and project management initiatives for our expanding Egypt office. This pivotal role is integral to enhancing customer satisfaction, ensuring technical excellence, and delivering exceptional projects that meet our clients' needs.
Responsibilities:
1. Presales Function:
· Collaborate closely with the sales team to discern customer requirements and propose tailored Atlassian solutions (including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.).
· Conduct engaging product demonstrations, proofs of concept, and interactive workshops designed to address specific client use cases.
· Craft and present persuasive RFPs, RFIs, and technical proposals that resonate with customer expectations.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest Atlassian tools, features, and integrations to provide clients with optimal solutions.
2. Solution Architect Function:
· Architect scalable, secure, and efficient solutions leveraging the Atlassian suite for both cloud and data center instances of Jira, Service Management, and Confluence platforms.
· Lead solution design, architecture, implementation, automations, and integrations across the Atlassian ecosystem.
· Partner with internal stakeholders to identify their Atlassian requirements, advocate best practices, and actively shape the architecture of Atlassian solutions.
· Oversee and enhance the Atlassian ecosystem to deliver best-in-class services to our customers.
· Implement Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management as comprehensive solutions encompassing Collaboration, Tracking Systems, Agile Project Management, SDLC/ALM, DevOps, and Task Management.
· Provide high-quality customer support, either on-site or remotely, for Atlassian products.
· Ensure accountability for service quality and customer satisfaction.
· Gather functional and technical requirements from clients as necessary and draft the technical specifications documentation.
· Manage escalations and effectively resolve any Atlassian-related issues arising during service delivery.
· Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges in service delivery and project execution.
· Foster and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact.
