About the Role

As a vital member of the RainFocus Client Success organization, the Solution Consultant (SC) plays a key role in managing post-sale client implementations. Working closely with the Solution Architect, the SC will provide consultation on platform configuration best practices, gather requirements, design and set up solutions, and train clients on the RainFocus toolset.

We are looking for collaborative and enthusiastic team members who can become experts in RainFocus products, understand industry best practices, and thrive in small, focused teams. Solution Consultants are recognized thought leaders within the Client Success organization and often take on additional responsibilities to mentor, train, and enhance the consulting skills of their peers.

This position is available for candidates in Japanese-speaking locations, including Brazil, Australia, Taiwan, the Philippines, Indonesia, and Japan.
