Hunt St is looking for a Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to support daily operations and customer service for an Australian manufacturer specializing in custom cabinetry components. This fully remote role operates under an independent contractor agreement and follows Australian business hours (9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday). The position offers flexibility in managing your own schedule while ensuring alignment with the client’s needs.
Main Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Respond to customer emails, address inquiries, and schedule calls as needed.
- Quoting Support: Review client plans and prepare accurate quotes for cabinetry components.
- Order Processing: Convert invoices into production orders and update tracking systems to reflect progress.
- Supplier Coordination: Communicate with manufacturers, monitor production timelines, and oversee logistics to ensure smooth delivery.
- Work Management: Use Monday.com to organize, assign, and track tasks and workflows.
- Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts, create and schedule posts, and engage with followers.
- Process Optimization: Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency.
Compensation and Engagement
- Monthly pay: $1,500 AUD – $1,800 AUD
