About the Role

The Research Compliance team at AlphaSights is a vibrant and forward-thinking function that facilitates the growth of our rapidly expanding business sectors worldwide. As a Research Compliance Associate, you will report directly to the Research Compliance Manager in London and collaborate closely with Research teams to ensure the secure and compliant delivery of our research products. You will also engage with the Legal and Client Protection teams and other stakeholders across the organization. Your key responsibilities will include:

Evaluating expert profiles and project requirements to ensure the effective delivery of expert knowledge to our clients by the Research team.
Formatting, proofreading, and screening written outputs (such as transcripts) to confirm adherence to AlphaSights’ legal and compliance policies as well as relevant regulatory requirements.
Collaborating with the Research team and various stakeholders to address any compliance concerns.
Providing legal and compliance training to the Research team and other involved parties.
Drafting and maintaining compliance policies for our Research services.
