The Residential Leasing Negotiator plays a pivotal role in expanding our client base for the Residential Services division at Colliers International.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive lease and sales of properties through effective advertising, digital marketing, open houses, and active participation in various sales initiatives.
- Build and maintain a robust network of potential clients while fostering strong relationships.
- Present property projects effectively to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and advantages of investing in our offerings.
- Negotiate settlement values and develop tailored payment plans that align with clients' financial capabilities.
- Provide clients with insights on market conditions, pricing, mortgage options, legal requirements, and other relevant matters.
- Deliver exceptional client service daily, addressing inquiries, providing timely updates, and supporting clients from initial contact through to after-sales care.
- Organize and submit necessary documentation and ensure timely payment collection to meet sales targets and enhance client satisfaction.
- Solicit client feedback to better understand their needs and evaluate the effectiveness of our relationships.
- Achieve quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Adapt to flexible work schedules, including availability on weekends and after office hours to assist client inquiries.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, demonstrating strong work ethic and customer service skills.
