Our team is spearheaded by an experienced Managing Director focused on building a robust advisory service across Restructuring & Financial Advisory. We are devoted to understanding the unique aspects of different markets to provide tailored solutions to the complex challenges facing businesses today.
We are currently seeking a seasoned Manager to strengthen our vibrant Restructuring team. The selected candidate will be instrumental in delivering innovative solutions and support to businesses encountering difficulties. Responsibilities include leading teams that provide stakeholder advisory services such as independent business reviews, turnaround strategies, and financial restructuring guidance for distressed companies. The role involves working on diverse projects, catering to both large organizations and small to medium enterprises, with travel required as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engagement teams and efficiently manage resources.
- Foster and enhance relationships with clients, executives, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct in-depth analyses and prepare detailed reports and recommendations for clients.
- Assess complex situations and devise innovative solutions for stakeholders of distressed entities.
- Engage in new business development initiatives and contribute to the growth of the Restructuring practice.
- Work independently and maintain regular communication with engagement partners/managers.
- Mentor and train junior staff, promoting a collaborative team environment.
- Oversee the daily operations of engagements.
