As a Retail Account Manager at DotActiv, your primary mission will be to thoroughly analyze customer contracts, develop tailored project plans based on these agreements, manage projects efficiently, and identify avenues for growth and solution enhancements. You will also explore opportunities for contract renewal and ensure that all contracts are meticulously concluded. This role emphasizes the optimization of both individual and team performance.

Your Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers and conduct comprehensive scoping sessions.
- Prepare data and brief the scanning team regarding supported duties.
- Receive scanner input and manage the data effectively.
- Utilize data to design and construct Shelf Plans.
- Obtain customer approval and deliver the finalized Shelf Plan.
- Develop and manage project plans efficiently.
- Continuously seek opportunities for contract renewal or extension.
- Identify growth and solution opportunities.
- Ensure proper management of contract close-outs.
- Maintain organized documentation and ensure administrative excellence.
- Foster optimization of individual and team performance, along with all human resources functions.
