About the Role:
We are on a quest to cultivate an exceptional team that fosters innovation, growth, and excellence. As we rapidly expand, we are looking for a Retail Advisor to represent our brand at our inaugural retail location in Bayshore Mall, Ottawa. As our customers' first point of contact, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering an unparalleled experience during their vehicle pickup or sale. You will have the autonomy to exceed expectations and ensure that every customer enjoys a unique and memorable interaction in this dynamic customer and transportation role.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide an extraordinary experience for each customer.
- Utilize your exceptional customer service skills to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction at every interaction.
- Examine vehicles meticulously, assessing both cosmetic and mechanical conditions to identify any potential issues, guaranteeing the highest quality of service.
- Accurately complete customer paperwork and maintain thorough notes in our customer tracking system within our new facility.
- Collaborate with team members by assisting with various tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- A passion for customer service and a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Experience in a retail or customer-facing role is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
