Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required; prior retail experience is preferred, but not mandatory. Must be able to perform essential duties effectively. Responsibilities:

Plan and schedule weekly tasks to meet execution objectives.
Carry out retail merchandising assignments as scheduled.
Conduct store tasks efficiently and cost-effectively.
Report completed tasks accurately on the same day via designated systems.
Communicate effectively with store personnel regarding tasks, promotions, and objectives.
Complete necessary training and certification programs.
Utilize CROSSMARK’s communication tools for planning and reporting.
Implement retail schematics and merchandising materials as assigned.
Participate in team tasks and collaborate with clients as needed.
Deliver outstanding customer service and foster professional relationships with store management and associates.
Maintain all company equipment properly.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
This position is part-time, not exceeding 24 hours per week, but may adjust based on business needs.
