Position Overview
As the Retail Operations Manager, your primary objective will be to cultivate and lead a high-performance retail team that meets our business growth goals. You will be responsible for managing the retail floor, harmonizing Ultra-Luxe Rituals with Dynamic Prestige Sales to create a seamless and profitable 'Phygital' ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Sales Leadership
- Guide the retail team in surpassing sales targets through effective floor management and promotional strategies.
- Incentive Design: Craft compelling incentive structures and sales contests to inspire staff and align their performance with business objectives.
- Performance Monitoring: Assess retail metrics (ATV, UPT, Conversion) to uncover growth opportunities and implement necessary adjustments.
- Profitability: Oversee store operational expenses and budgets to ensure a healthy financial outcome while emphasizing a high-growth direct-to-consumer model.
Professional Team Management
- Provide mentorship and management to the retail operations team and Beauty Advisors, facilitating their development and transformation.
