Implement best practices for product positioning, promotions, and customer engagement.
Analyze sales data to enhance store performance and drive growth.
Recruit, train, and develop sales representatives while monitoring key performance indicators.
Work closely with the Operations team for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure superior customer service and maintain high Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
