Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Oversee the complete revenue cycle, including billing, invoicing, collections, and reconciliation. Monitor and report revenue across OTA platforms, corporate bookings, and direct channels. Utilize revenue systems to manage contracts, reporting, and event-based revenue. Track Accounts Receivable (AR) ageing and ensure timely collections. Conduct daily revenue reconciliations and variance analysis for precision. Collaborate with front office, sales, and finance teams for accurate revenue capture. Prepare comprehensive MIS reports and client-facing revenue reports. Adhere to accounting standards and internal SOPs. Identify potential revenue leakages and implement corrective measures. Assist in month-end closing, forecasting, and budgeting activities. What You Bring to the Table:2–5 years of experience in hotel revenue cycle management, AR, billing, or related functions. Strong understanding of hotel operations and revenue systems. Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools for data analysis. Adept at managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a dynamic setting. Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US business hours. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration. A proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions.
