About the Role

As we expand our global footprint, we seek a Revenue Enablement Program Manager who will ensure our revenue teams are equipped with the right knowledge, tools, and processes to thrive in every market while adhering to our core values and nurturing customer relationships.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee the design and execution of global enablement programs that scale efficiently across various regions. Expect to dedicate 70% of your time to developing and implementing these initiatives while allocating 30% to customizing enablement efforts to address regional dynamics, all while upholding a cohesive selling process that respects local market particulars.
This position blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring an individual capable of global perspective combined with local action. You will harness AI and automation to craft scalable enablement solutions that empower our revenue teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences worldwide.
What You'll Achieve
Global Program Development & Implementation (70%)
Lead the charge in ensuring the EMEA region effectively executes our go-to-market strategy in alignment with the Global Revenue Operations team.
Design, develop, and manage comprehensive enablement programs that can be rolled out globally while preserving the integrity of our selling methodologies and GTM objectives.
Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales Leadership, and Product Marketing to produce scalable training curricula, design engaging content, manage subject matter expert stakeholders, develop certification programs, and establish continuous training frameworks.
