About the Role

We are in search of a Revenue Operations Lead who will be instrumental in establishing the systems and infrastructure that drive Peec AI’s revenue operations. This pivotal role will involve taking ownership of our CRM, optimizing reporting, and streamlining automation processes to ensure our sales team is equipped with the essential data, workflows, and tools necessary for high performance. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Growth, and Leadership teams to enhance pipeline transparency, improve forecasting accuracy, and boost operational efficiency while designing scalable processes that facilitate our next phase of market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and scale the infrastructure required for our sales team to meet their objectives
  • Maintain full ownership of the CRM, ensuring data integrity and hygiene
  • Oversee analytics, funnel reporting, and forecasting functions
  • Create automated processes and workflows to enhance team efficiency

Desired Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Automation, or Go-to-Market Engineering
  • Proven track record of leveraging AI tools (e.g., Clay, Apollo, n8n) to optimize operational efficiency
  • Advanced proficiency in HubSpot

Additional Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in building and scaling a Revenue Operations function from the ground up within a startup
  • Background in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment
