Role Overview
The Revenue Operations Lead will build the foundation for Terrific’s revenue organization. This is a hands-on position for someone who brings order and clarity to commercial operations. The role focuses on designing and implementing core functions: pipeline hygiene, HubSpot management, reporting, and forecasting. There is no existing dedicated owner for these areas, so the person in this role will set up and own these processes from the ground up.
This is not a maintenance role. The Revenue Operations Lead will help leadership understand pipeline health, improve forecasting, monitor performance, and identify revenue leaks across the commercial team. The right person thrives on responsibility, high standards, and the chance to influence revenue in social commerce, e-commerce, and media.
