The Role

We are in search of a dynamic Manager of Revenue Operations to be a key player in our growth journey. This full-time position is ideal for candidates based in New Jersey or San Francisco. You will serve as the strategic partner to the Head of Go-To-Market, transforming sales data into a strategic asset. Collaborating with our Central Ops and BizAps teams, you will manage the 'Source of Truth' (Salesforce), oversee the compensation model, and optimize territory design. This role demands an operational mindset with strong process enforcement and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Infrastructure: Work cross-functionally to ensure our CRM is the definitive source of truth for our sales team. Implement territory mapping, auto-attribution logic, and partner tiering.

  • Compensation Administration: Manage the 'Commission model' to guarantee accurate, timely payouts based on defined attribution rules.

  • Forecasting & Reporting: Transition our forecasting from intuitive estimates to data-driven insights. Provide weekly dashboards on Pipeline Velocity, CAC, and Rep Yield.

  • Tech Stack Management: Assess, implement, and oversee sales tools (e.g., Maps, Outreach, ZoomInfo).
