Key Responsibilities:Drive operational excellence across GTM functions by analyzing performance, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing scalable process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Enablement) to design and optimize solutions that bolster business growth. Construct and maintain Salesforce configurations, including flows, validation rules, assignment logic, and other system enhancements within the broader Salesforce ecosystem. Support and implement new business requirements related to GTM initiatives, ensuring alignment with operational objectives and KPIs. Oversee and enhance data integrity within Salesforce, encompassing the alignment of data definitions, reporting logic, and governance standards. Identify and execute AI-powered automation opportunities across GTM workflows to promote measurable operational efficiency. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights across revenue teams; leverage BI tools as needed. Analyze data throughout the customer lifecycle to uncover opportunities for refining go-to-market strategies and productivity metrics. Troubleshoot system issues and assist with day-to-day operational requests via JIRA or similar ticketing systems. Create and maintain technical and process documentation for both new and existing workflows and system enhancements. Engage in agile processes, including backlog refinement and prioritization of operational tasks.
