Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Model existing structures in Revit utilizing 3D scans. Export Revit models to Sketchup for conceptual design guidance from our in-house design team. Utilize Revit software to draft comprehensive 2D and 3D designs, producing detailed architectural construction drawings for hospitality, foodservice, and casino initiatives. Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure precision and completeness of drawings. Implement design revisions and modifications as directed by key project stakeholders. Review and evaluate blueprints, sketches, and other design documents. Qualifications:Demonstrated experience as a drafter using Revit for commercial and/or hospitality projects. Expertise in Revit and Sketchup software. Familiarity with commercial construction practices and methodologies. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in producing technical drawings. Understanding of building codes and regulations pertinent to drafting. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Minimum 5 years of experience with Revit (Required). Minimum 5 years of experience drafting construction documents for commercial projects (Required).
