ABOUT THE TEAM

Our Tactical Recon & Strike (TRS) division is dedicated to developing advanced autonomous drones and scalable solid rocket motors. We take concepts like Ghost, Anvil, Bolt, and Altius from initial ideas to fully operational systems, collaborating closely with engineering and production teams. Our Anduril Rocket Motor Systems (RMS) team specializes in designing and manufacturing solid rocket motors that are safe, reliable, and meet a variety of mission needs. We are seeking passionate software and hardware engineers to join our team, where innovation meets practicality in building exceptional autonomous systems and propulsion products.

ABOUT THE JOB

As a Robotics Software Engineer on our TRS team, you will be instrumental in the development of pioneering autonomous systems. You will engage with diverse challenges in autonomy, systems integration, robotics, and networking, making critical engineering decisions that directly influence mission outcomes. Your innovative approach will help ensure that Anduril's products operate cohesively to deliver essential results. You will be responsible for creating solutions to complex robotics challenges, balancing engineering trade-offs with mission-critical requirements, and working collaboratively to integrate software with hardware systems. Your role will encompass the entire product lifecycle, from concept through deployment, and you will be expected to iterate on software solutions rapidly. We are looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is unafraid to tackle ambiguous problems with a “Whatever It Takes” mindset, ensuring efficiency and scalability in all tasks.
