Role Overview

As a Robotics Test Engineer, you will play a dynamic role that integrates hardware, firmware, and software testing. This position is designed for hands-on professionals who are committed to ensuring our robots are reliable and functional for real-world applications. You will support the entire product lifecycle, from initial R&D characterization to final production validation, while engaging in both technical and cross-disciplinary problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain robust, scalable test automation frameworks utilizing Python and C++.
Design and construct custom hardware-in-the-loop test systems along with mechanical and electrical test fixtures to replicate real-world scenarios.
Create and uphold clear, concise test plans, procedures, and cases in accordance with product requirements and technical specifications.
Manage test matrices to assure comprehensive coverage across hardware, software, and firmware configurations.
Generate detailed, data-informed test reports to relay findings and risks to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Maintain traceability from system requirements through to test case execution and outcomes.
Conduct a diverse range of tests, including exploratory, characterization, performance, reliability, and system-level verification against formal requirements.
Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of intricate, multidisciplinary challenges across the robotics stack.
Enhance understanding of system-level interactions to deliver cohesive product-level features.
