We are currently in search of a highly skilled Service Manager – Rotating Equipment to spearhead the management and execution of field service LSTK (Lump Sum Turnkey) projects for rotating equipment. This pivotal role necessitates extensive technical knowledge and practical experience with rotating machinery, including pumps, compressors, steam and gas turbines, gearboxes, conveyors, fin fans, extruders, and alignment techniques.
Candidates must possess a valid transferable Iqama (KSA-based applicants only).
Key Responsibilities
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and foster a robust safety culture.
Oversee, coordinate, and manage the execution of LSTK projects related to rotating equipment.
Lead and supervise third-party contractors and consultants.
Manage significant installations and equipment repairs during plant outages and turnarounds.
Investigate rotating equipment performance issues and propose corrective measures.
Steer Management of Change (MOC) processes and related project assignments.
Compile technical reports, secure necessary approvals, and ensure timely implementation of engineering actions.
Maintain detailed logs, project updates, and technical documentation.
Define overhaul scopes and procedures based on performance metrics and downtime availability.
Support the development and execution of preventive maintenance programs and technical standards.
Provide emergency assistance for equipment issues beyond regular working hours.
Deliver technical training to maintenance and operations teams.
Conduct design reviews, inspections, and assessments for both new and existing assets.
Formulate long-term reliability strategies for rotating and mechanical systems.
Additional Responsibilities
Provide hands-on technical leadership in troubleshooting and maintenance activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance equipment improvement strategies.
