The Opportunity

As part of our founding development team, you will play a crucial role in the evolution of our Enterprise Restaurant Operations SaaS solution. You will be responsible for crafting, refining, and optimizing our platform using Ruby on Rails, ensuring it remains robust, scalable, and efficient.

Your Responsibilities
Strategize: Define the vision and technical roadmap for our Enterprise Restaurant Operations SaaS solution, fostering innovation and scalability.
Architect: Design and implement robust, scalable Ruby on Rails solutions that align with business objectives and user needs.
Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to identify and prioritize impactful features.
Innovate: Research and integrate new technologies to boost performance, security, and efficiency.
Problem-Solve: Confront intricate challenges with strategic, forward-thinking solutions, balancing technical trade-offs with business needs.
Commit: Lead key initiatives to success, adapting to shifting priorities while ensuring timely delivery of critical projects.
Key Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 8 years in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in Ruby on Rails (RoR). A proven history of developing and maintaining complex applications, alongside a solid grasp of web development principles.
Technical Skills: Proficient in PostgreSQL and Redis for caching and data structure management.
Containerization: Strong hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration and deployment.
