About the Role
As a SaaS Implementation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in guiding customers through the integration process of Keeper within their environments. Your objective will be to ensure a smooth transition from onboarding to full utilization of our services. This position requires a deep understanding of customer needs, the ability to configure Keeper software accordingly, and providing ongoing technical support while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
