Your Role: Solutions Consultant
If you are excited about marketing a SaaS platform that is pivotal in the new trend of conversational customer engagement and relationship building, then this is the role for you!
We are seeking a proactive Solutions Consultant to understand, promote, and effectively position our product to enhance brand strength and business growth.
In this dual-role position, you will function as both a Solution Architect and Solutions Consultant, focusing on pre-sales, Proof of Concept, and occasionally assisting in onboarding and training processes. Collaborating with Account Executives and Customer Experience Engagement Consultants, you will empower customers to effectively utilize all features of our product.
