Join Agility as a Safety Supervisor, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Senior Manager in the development, promotion, and oversight of safety standards within our Real Estate Operations division.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the formulation and execution of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with OHSAS standards and local regulations.
  • Supervise contractors to guarantee adherence to contract specifications and safety standards.
  • Ensure that the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) guidelines are adhered to by staff, and encourage reporting of any issues that could hinder safety implementation.
  • Analyze blueprints and plans to identify and mitigate potential hazards for workers and site visitors.
  • Manage safety and security personnel, ensuring effective supervision and compliance.
  • Conduct site visits to verify that safety protocols are properly implemented.
  • Participate in meetings and collaborate with external agencies, including municipality inspectors, to facilitate the evaluation and compliance of construction sites regarding health and safety.
  • Stay updated on local legal regulations and initiatives relating to workplace safety and environmental concerns.
  • Investigate and document accident and injury claims across the organization.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of international and local health and safety regulations.
  • Educate employees on health and safety policies and objectives; organize training sessions on workplace safety measures.
  • Assist in devising emergency response plans.
