Your Key Responsibilities

Assist in the formulation and execution of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with OHSAS standards and local regulations.
Supervise contractors to guarantee adherence to contract specifications and safety standards.
Ensure that the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) guidelines are adhered to by staff, and encourage reporting of any issues that could hinder safety implementation.
Analyze blueprints and plans to identify and mitigate potential hazards for workers and site visitors.
Manage safety and security personnel, ensuring effective supervision and compliance.
Conduct site visits to verify that safety protocols are properly implemented.
Participate in meetings and collaborate with external agencies, including municipality inspectors, to facilitate the evaluation and compliance of construction sites regarding health and safety.
Stay updated on local legal regulations and initiatives relating to workplace safety and environmental concerns.
Investigate and document accident and injury claims across the organization.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of international and local health and safety regulations.
Educate employees on health and safety policies and objectives; organize training sessions on workplace safety measures.
Assist in devising emergency response plans.
