WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will greet customers, guide them through the store, and assist them in finding what they need while showcasing our products. Your responsibilities will include:
- Sharing your fashion knowledge and product information to assist customers in making informed choices.
- Collaborating with your team to provide exceptional service at every stage of the customer journey.
- Ensuring that the sales floor and stockroom are clean and organized.
- Supporting the opening and closing of the store.
- Projecting a positive image of yourself and the brand in all customer interactions.

As a part of the store team, every role, from Sales Advisors to Department Managers, Store Managers, Visual Merchandisers, and Cash Office Responsible, contributes to creating an inspiring and welcoming environment. You will also connect with the Area Team, collaborating across stores to share knowledge and achieve success together. Alongside your team, you will play a vital role in helping customers feel confident and express their individuality through the latest trends and timeless styles. By building meaningful connections with customers in our stores, we make fashion accessible and sustainable for everyone.
