The Role of Sales Compensation Associate
The Sales Compensation Associate is an integral member of our Finance team, responsible for the accurate, reliable, and scalable execution of sales compensation processes. This role handles commission payouts, assists in compensation reporting and visibility, and collaborates across departments with Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure that our compensation programs are transparent, effective, and trustworthy.
In this position, you will work at the crossroads of data, systems, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring that compensation results are precise, timely, and well-communicated. This role demands a keen eye for detail, analytical expertise, and a strong service-oriented mindset to support both sales teams and leadership.
