- Set personal income goals aligned with dealership productivity standards and strategize to achieve them.
- Regularly report to the Sales Manager on objectives, activities, and performance analyses.
- Stay knowledgeable about incoming inventory and their benefits to customers.
- Collaborate with service and body shop teams to ensure timely vehicle reconditioning.
- Participate in ongoing sales meetings and training sessions provided by the dealership and manufacturer.
- Maintain a robust prospect development and follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Conduct regular reviews of daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly activities to enhance time management and planning.
- Familiarize yourself with industry terminology and technological advancements in vehicles.
- Understand vehicle equity and depreciation to effectively communicate with customers.
- Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations governing retail auto sales.
- Introduce customers to service department personnel to highlight the quality of service and maintenance available.
- Comply with all company safety policies and promptly report any accidents.
