You will engage in various activities such as personal work habits, prospecting, selling, and diligent follow-up to foster lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commit to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction to build a loyal client base.
  • Assess customer vehicle needs through active listening and thoughtful questioning.
  • Showcase vehicles through demonstrations and test drives.
  • Facilitate vehicle delivery, ensuring customers are informed about the vehicle’s features, warranty, and necessary paperwork.
  • Set personal income goals aligned with dealership productivity standards and strategize to achieve them.
  • Regularly report to the Sales Manager on objectives, activities, and performance analyses.
  • Stay knowledgeable about incoming inventory and their benefits to customers.
  • Collaborate with service and body shop teams to ensure timely vehicle reconditioning.
  • Participate in ongoing sales meetings and training sessions provided by the dealership and manufacturer.
  • Maintain a robust prospect development and follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business.
  • Conduct regular reviews of daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly activities to enhance time management and planning.
  • Familiarize yourself with industry terminology and technological advancements in vehicles.
  • Understand vehicle equity and depreciation to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations governing retail auto sales.
  • Introduce customers to service department personnel to highlight the quality of service and maintenance available.
  • Comply with all company safety policies and promptly report any accidents.
