adstronauts is looking for a Sales Consultant (m/f/d) to join the team in Hannover, Niedersachsen. This position welcomes candidates at the start of their sales careers. The focus is on expanding the company’s market reach by building new customer relationships, identifying key contacts, and providing tailored advice to help clients meet their business goals.
What you will do
- Identify and approach qualified target companies for adstronauts’ services
- Initiate first contact and set up meetings with decision-makers for the strategic consulting team
- Support strategic consultants with revenue-related decisions
- Conduct initial conversations with new clients to understand their needs
- Offer phone-based preparation and consultation to guide prospects toward their objectives
- Maintain accurate customer data and manage sales pipelines within the CRM system
- Advise prospects and clients on digital service offerings
- Occasionally attend trade fairs, seminars, and similar events to assist with new customer acquisition
Training and onboarding
No prior sales experience is needed. adstronauts provides a structured training program designed to build the skills required for success. Onboarding typically lasts between 2 and 4 months, depending on previous experience.
Compensation
Starting salary: €3,300 per month (gross) plus uncapped commission
