Role Overview
adstronauts is hiring a Sales Consultant (m/f/d) in Hannover. This entry-level role focuses on building relationships with new clients and helping expand our market reach. The position centers on identifying and qualifying strategic customer contacts, engaging decision-makers, and offering guidance that fits their business goals.
Entry-Level Welcome
No sales background? That’s fine. Our structured onboarding and internal training cover marketing and sales foundations. Most new hires complete onboarding in 2-4 months, depending on prior experience.
What You Will Do
- Identify and acquire clients from targeted companies
- Reach out to decision-makers and schedule meetings for our strategy consultants
- Support strategy consultants in revenue-relevant decisions
- Hold initial conversations to understand new clients’ needs
- Advise prospects by phone to help them reach their goals
- Manage sales pipelines and keep customer data up to date in our CRM
- Advise on our digital services
- Attend trade fairs, seminars, and similar events to connect with potential clients (occasionally)
Compensation
Starting salary: €3,300 per month (gross) plus uncapped commission
