About the job

bahmanncoaching is hiring a full-time Sales Consultant (m/w/d) for its Hannover office. This position supports in-house sales and strategic consulting activities. The main focus is on building relationships with prospective clients, qualifying leads, and offering strategic advice tailored to each client's personal goals.

What You Will Do

Conduct inbound telephone outreach to potential clients
Lead free initial consultations to understand client needs
Contact existing leads in our system
Plan and prepare meetings with our strategic consultants

Training and Onboarding

No previous sales experience is required. Comprehensive training is provided during onboarding to ensure all new team members gain the skills needed for success.

Compensation

During the training phase, the base salary is €3000 gross per month.
