The ideal candidate will have a background in the construction, property, and surveying sectors and will be confident in both customer service and sales interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Client Support
- Respond swiftly to inquiries from property owners, developers, contractors, and homeowners.
- Guide clients in selecting the most suitable services for their needs.
- Uphold a high standard of professionalism and client satisfaction at all times.
Sales & Business Development
- Qualify inbound leads and convert them into scheduled surveys or consultations.
- Proactively reach out to prospects through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Assist in outbound outreach campaigns targeting developers, contractors, architects, estate agents, and more.
- Establish and nurture long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Operational Support
- Update and manage CRM entries, leads, and pipeline stages.
- Coordinate with surveyors and the operations team to schedule appointments effectively.
- Monitor sales metrics, conversion rates, and client engagement.
