About this Role
As a Strategic Sales Development Associate, you will be instrumental in generating demand and constructing a robust sales pipeline, focusing on large strategic and enterprise accounts. Engage prospective clients, devise account-based strategies, and work collaboratively with internal teams to accelerate business growth and solidify Veeam’s reputation as a trusted advisor.

Your Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate new demand and pipeline by executing high-volume, targeted outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, concentrating on large strategic and enterprise accounts.
  • Establish and cultivate relationships with potential clients across various organizational levels, gaining a comprehensive understanding of their business objectives and challenges.
  • Engage in consultative discussions with decision-makers and key stakeholders to identify needs and position Veeam’s solutions as valuable assets to their business.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, channel partners, and technical resources, to create and implement account-based strategies that foster engagement and opportunity generation.
  • Keep accurate records of account activities, lead qualification, and prospecting efforts in Salesforce CRM, ensuring data integrity and actionable insights for the broader sales organization.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly KPIs, including leads converted to sales qualified opportunities, new leads generated, meetings booked, and pipeline value.
  • Deliver exceptional customer engagement while representing Veeam's values and commitment to excellence.
