Role Overview
As a Senior Consultant, you will lead sales development initiatives, taking ownership of client projects from inception to completion. Your role encompasses building strong client relationships, implementing our proven processes, and ensuring project success through to renewals.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with InsideScale leadership to design and manage client projects, overseeing the SDR team and maintaining client relationships.
- Apply InsideScale methodologies across personnel, processes, and technology while identifying opportunities for innovation.
- Create integrated multi-channel outreach strategies that effectively convert leads through email, calls, video, social media, and direct mail.
- Ensure team effectiveness through coaching, in-depth workflow analysis, one-on-one meetings, and daily stand-ups.
- Consistently achieve project milestones and lead your team to surpass client revenue targets.
- Position InsideScale for client renewals, referrals, and positive testimonials.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in sales development leadership, revenue operations, or sales enablement is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Outreach.io is strongly preferred.
- Comfort with sales and data operations is essential.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a knack for guiding teams and managing upward.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining InsideScale's high-quality standards.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for scaling early to mid-stage startups.
- Ability to engage in meaningful discussions with revenue leaders and founders.
