Position: Sales Development Manager
Location: Belgrade, Hybrid (Currently, three days in the office, subject to change)
Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 2 PM - 10 PM Belgrade Time
As a Sales Development Manager, you will play a pivotal leadership role in building and directing the outbound sales development team for our innovative CompStak Exchange platform. This platform facilitates the exchange of commercial real estate transactional data among brokers, appraisers, and researchers across the U. S.
You will be responsible for recruiting and managing a dynamic team of outbound callers, introducing potential clients to our platform and converting these conversations into qualified demonstrations. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in cold calling, possess a deep understanding of outbound communication strategies, and be adept at coaching and improving team performance to deliver consistent results.
