As the foremost provider of Practice Management & Patient Engagement solutions, we are excited to welcome a Sales Development Representative (all genders) to our expanding Sales Team.

In this dynamic role, you will be pivotal in identifying, qualifying, and converting new business opportunities. Your efforts will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by engaging potential clients, clearly articulating the value of our platform, and facilitating successful deal closures.

You will report directly to your Team Lead and collaborate closely with our Inside Sales Team, who will provide support throughout the sales process and during the final stages of contract negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Opportunity Creation: Be the initial point of contact with prospective clients, identifying new business opportunities.
  • Strategic Prospecting: Leverage cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn to build a qualified pipeline for the Account Executive team.
  • Sales Funnel Management: Assess leads and ensure that every opportunity progresses in the sales cycle.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Discover new industries, sectors, and target audiences to unlock growth potential.
  • Collaboration with Marketing & Sales: Optimize outreach strategies and enhance lead conversion rates.
  • Performance Tracking: Utilize our CRM to monitor activities and continuously refine your engagement strategies.
