Responsibilities Collaborate with the Growth and Sales teams to strategically engage professionals and organizations across AI, Data, Design, Marketing, and Product, utilizing BrainStation’s database and outreach tools to foster new relationships and enhance existing connections. Enhance company-level and individual relationships through thoughtful, high-impact engagement that showcases BrainStation’s leadership in digital education. Maintain awareness of the tech and innovation landscape in Toronto—monitoring key conferences, summits, and community events—and leverage BrainStation’s brand presence to engage relevant audiences and spark new dialogues. Assist in the planning and execution of world-class events that highlight our offerings and foster meaningful experiences for our community. Work cross-functionally to ensure outreach strategies are targeted, measurable, and aligned with team objectives. Build relationships with key stakeholders, alumni, and advocates to promote long-term community growth and impact. Contribute to a high-performance team culture that values results, collaboration, and a shared commitment to providing top-notch experiences. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. 1–3 years of professional experience in marketing, partnerships, business development, or community-related roles. A strong communicator who thrives on meeting new people and forging authentic connections.
