About the Role:
As we rapidly expand, we are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be the frontline voice of our online car selling and buying platform. This is an incredible opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a significant impact!
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage proactively with individuals interested in selling their cars to Clutch via warm calls, emails, and SMS. As you progress, you will also assist customers in their car-buying journey.
- Educate customers about the Clutch process and guide them in taking their first steps to sell their vehicles.
- Document customer interactions and update pertinent information in our CRM, HubSpot.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure a seamless experience for customers.
- Communicate the unique advantages of selling and buying a car through Clutch, sharing our enthusiasm for online transactions.
