Proven experience in outbound prospecting, utilizing both automated and manual campaign strategies to meet daily and monthly pipeline targets. Ability to collaborate effectively with Account Executives, ensuring alignment on territory management, account prioritization, and feedback to enhance pipeline quality. Skills in identifying and engaging decision-makers to refine our outbound approach. Experience managing and optimizing multi-channel outbound campaigns using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Clay, etc. Ownership of the complete outbound process, from conducting in-depth account research to successfully securing qualified meetings for the Account Executive team. Collaboration with leadership to enhance messaging, call scripts, and overall strategy.

DoiT International is hiring a Sales Development Representative to join the DoiT Cloud Intelligence team. This position is fully remote and open to candidates based in the UK, the Netherlands, Sweden, Germany, and Switzerland (as full-time employees), or in Eastern Europe (as contractors).

Role overview

This Sales Development Representative role focuses on outbound lead generation for DoiT Cloud Intelligence. The main responsibility is to engage prospects through email, phone, and LinkedIn, aiming to schedule demos with qualified leads in the assigned territory. Success in this role is measured by the number of qualified meetings booked and the pipeline generated.

Collaboration

Close collaboration with regional Field Sales teams and Account Executives is essential. The role also involves building relationships with colleagues across sales, marketing, and cloud vendor teams to support business goals.
